The location seemed great to most places. Moreover, it's next to several buses to chose in between for doing to central Oxford, local attractions and transportation tips, and restaurants and shops.

Amazing host and good breakfast

Paul was an cute host. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast featured fantastic poached eggs and locally sourced ingredients which elevated my mornings. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the hospital. The only thing I wish is that the pillows were a bit more comfortable.

The room was spacious and clean, with a tv, electric kettle, and a private bathroom that had fresh towels and toiletries. The heating was controllable, and the location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Paul's hospitality was really good.

Paul is such a great host. Room was super spacious n clean. The wifi was excellent. Location is fab for visitin oxford and the breakfast was yummy with local goodies. It was a nice 5 min walk to john radcliffe where my husband was, so that was convenient too.

i wish the pillows were a bit better and it would have been nice to have toiletries already in the room instead of askin for them.

The location felt perfect for navigating Oxford, and having the bus stop nearby made exploring the city easy. Paul, the host, radiated warmth. The room was spacious, clean, and mostly comfortable, with the WiFi being excellent throughout my stay. I appreciated Paul's personalized approach. He even checked my preferences ahead of time. The breakfast options were good, especially the poached eggs made with local ingredients. The pillows could use improvement, as I found them a bit lacking in support. And toiletries in the room upon arrival would have saved me an extra request. The overall ambiance felt cozy and inviting, like staying with family. I would definitely return!

Paul's warm hospitality. The cozy Beautiful Double Room with Shower was well-decorated and featured a charming bay window that filled the space with light. Don't get me started on breakfast-I'm still dreaming about those perfectly poached eggs made with local ingredients!

I previously visited another place in oxford, but this was far better. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful bay window. The owner, paul, was cute.

Paul, the host, was super helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfy. It was really clean. Free breakfast was a nice perk too! Just a bit noisy from the traffic at the front, but wasn't too bad. A great spot for the price.

The Single Room was super cozy and clean, which I loved. It had good Wi-Fi and a private bathroom that was well-maintained. The quiet environment really stood out thanks to the soundproofing. It had a nice decor. Just a bit pricey for what you get, and I wish there were toiletries already in the room rather than having to ask for them.
